The study examined the feces (yes, poop!) of 45 children between the ages of six and twelve and discovered that the children who consumed a lot of fatty and sugary foods had more harmful germs in their stomachs.

Inflammation brought on by this harmful bacteria can result in weight gain and a variety of other health issues. Conversely, children who consumed more complex carbohydrates and proteins had better intestinal flora. Therefore make sure to eat lots of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains if you want to keep your stomach friends pleased. You’ll feel it in your gut! Keep in mind that the health of your gut bacteria has a significant impact on your overall well-being.
